1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the l89buzz platform at l89buzz.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and l89buzz (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the l89buzz platform and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of any l89buzz service — including browsing games, depositing funds, or participating in promotions — will be treated as unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

l89buzz reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of l89buzz following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the l89buzz platform and participation in any gambling or betting activity offered thereon is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one registered account only on l89buzz. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, l89buzz reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonus credits or winnings derived from those accounts, and retain any deposits made to duplicate accounts as an administrative charge.

Account Credentials & Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — will be treated as having been authorised by you, whether or not you were personally present at the time.

• Notify l89buzz support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Accuracy of Information

Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in account suspension or the delay of withdrawal requests.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

l89buzz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following payment methods are currently supported:

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your l89buzz account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed. All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources — including family members, friends, or anonymous payment methods — are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 to 60 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours or during peak periods may take up to 24 hours to process. l89buzz reserves the right to request identity verification documents before authorising any withdrawal.

Currency & Conversion

All account balances, wagers, bonus credits, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). l89buzz does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is handled by that provider at their applicable exchange rate; l89buzz accepts no responsibility for conversion fees or rate differentials applied externally.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

l89buzz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms communicated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the l89buzz welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. The exact bonus percentage and maximum amount are subject to the terms stated on the active welcome offer page at the time of your first deposit.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified; any unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the time limit will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Check the promotion page for a full contribution breakdown.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active bonus. Placing bets above the stated maximum — typically ৳500 per spin or round — may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds have been exhausted, unless otherwise stated on the promotion page.

Bonus Abuse Policy

l89buzz maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, and coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be subject to permanent suspension.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using l89buzz, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the fair operation of the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and the forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from a demonstrable software error may be voided by l89buzz.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through your l89buzz account.
• Facilitating transactions on behalf of any third party, including acting as an informal agent for deposits or withdrawals.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing l89buzz staff, support agents, or other users of the platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies that exploit promotional terms to generate guaranteed profit without genuine risk.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other users or any restricted area of the l89buzz platform.
• Registering an account while self-excluded from l89buzz or any other gambling platform.

l89buzz reserves the right to investigate any account activity it deems suspicious or inconsistent with normal player behaviour. During any such investigation, l89buzz may place a temporary hold on affected accounts and associated funds. We will communicate the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on l89buzz are supplied by reputable, internationally recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the rules displayed within a game and any summary description on the l89buzz platform, the rules within the game interface shall prevail.

Random Number Generator (RNG) Technology

All slot and table games that do not feature a live dealer use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on l89buzz — including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Odds are subject to change prior to the closing of a betting market. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked. l89buzz reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or materially altered from its originally scheduled format.

Disputed Outcomes

If you believe a game outcome or sports betting result is in error, you must contact l89buzz support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review. l89buzz will investigate all legitimate disputes and communicate an outcome within five business days. Decisions made by l89buzz following a good-faith investigation shall be final.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your l89buzz account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, l89buzz will process any eligible withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance before closing the account. Bonus funds and any wagering-requirement-linked balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Responsible Gaming Closure & Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion via the l89buzz responsible gaming tools. A self-exclusion closes your account for a specified period — ranging from 30 days to permanent — and prevents re-registration during that time. Suspension or Closure by l89buzz

l89buzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Where an account is closed by l89buzz for a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where closure is not related to a breach (for example, in the case of a dormant account), the remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method, subject to identity verification.

Effect of Closure on Pending Bets

If your account is closed — whether by you or by l89buzz — while you have active open bets in the sportsbook, those bets will be settled according to the normal outcome of the relevant event. Winnings from bets that were open at the time of closure will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures, provided the closure was not due to a breach of these Terms.
